Return & Refund Policy

TrendSoft Ltd does not sell anything on trendsoft.net. There is no shop, no checkout, no account and no order. This website exists to describe the company and the products it builds, and to give you a way to contact us. Because no purchase can be made here, there is no purchase to return and no payment for us to refund.

We do not ship physical goods. We have never shipped physical goods. If you have arrived here looking for a returns address, a packaging requirement or a postage label, this is not the company you are looking for.

Our software products are licensed on their own websites, and each one publishes its own terms, its own prices and its own refund and cancellation policy. Those terms are the ones that apply to your purchase — not this page.

Chartping is at chartping.com. If you paid for Chartping and want a refund, cancel a subscription, or dispute a charge, use the terms and the support route published there. That is where the transaction happened and that is where the record of it lives.

If you cannot get an answer through the product, you can contact the company directly at info@trendsoft.net and we will help. Writing to us does not replace your rights under the product's own terms, and it does not extend or shorten any period stated there.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, your statutory rights — including any right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable cooling-off period — apply in addition to whatever a product's own terms say, and they apply regardless of what any policy document states.

If this ever stops being true — if TrendSoft Ltd begins selling something directly on this website — this page will be replaced with a real refund policy before that happens, not after. Any change is posted here with a revised date at the top of the page.
